All Three School Sexual Indoctrination Bills Vetoed
Schwarzenegger responds to election-year pressure from CCF and parents (link)
Ooooooh, someone’s panties are gunna be in a wad! I know he’s a RINO, but today he acted like a Republican!

Late Thursday, Schwarzenegger vetoed AB 606, which would have required school policies promoting transsexuality, bisexuality, and homosexuality under threat of yanking state funding, and AB 1056, which would have spent $250,000 to establish 10 so-called “tolerance” schools promoting all kinds of sexual lifestyles.
Don’t think everyone’s safe yet. The sicko’s will be back and madder than ever! There should be a three-strikes law so that when you lose thrice on an issue like this it can’t be brought up again.
Support home schooling! This is just one more example of the type of things our children could be/can be/will be/are exposed to in the public school system! (Not to mention the inferior education the public school provides while using our tax dollars! Grrr)

I, of course, support the right of people to homeschool their kids. However, not everyone has the ability to do that. I think we should focus our efforts on becoming involved in the public schools in our communities. All schools must disclose what is in their curriculum to the parents (and the public). I objected to a worksheet that my 10-year-old son brought home that was supposed to be a “language arts” assignment and it was nothing but a load of environmentalist propanda. My son completed the assignment, but I also sent a note to his teacher objecting to the “message.” She said she understood and would bring up my concern with the principal, which she did. This worksheet will not be used next year. We have to be vigilant in protecting our children for this indoctrination.
