All Fox did was cry to the Bush Administration to accept the illegals from Mexico when he could have tried to the solve the problem as to why Mexicans were leaving the country in the first place. Mexico almost turned into a Colombia when the drug wars worsened. He just sat back at the Palacio Nacional in Mexico City and did nothing.
