Carter Book Meltdown
(AP) ATLANTA - Fourteen members of an advisory board to Jimmy Carter’s human rights organization resigned on Thursday to protest his new book, which criticizes Israeli policy in the Palestinian territories.
The resignations from The Carter Center board are the latest backlash against the former president’s book “Palestine: Peace Not Apartheid,” which has drawn fire from Jewish groups, been attacked by fellow Democrats and led to the resignation last month of Kenneth Stein, a center fellow and a longtime Carter adviser.

The book follows the Israeli-Palestinian peace process starting with Carter’s 1977-1980 presidency and the peace accord he negotiated between Israel and Egypt. It doles out blame to Israel, the Palestinians, the United States and others, but it is most critical of Israeli policy.
Remember, Isreal only has to make one mistake and it’s most likely all over. The Arabs can two-face all day long and they’ll still be around to play another day. Jimmy Carter is a failed President and anti-semite. That Cheshire Cat grin while he back-stabs makes me want to puke. Let the DemoRats keep trotting him out. It’s just reminds people of 20% interest rates and how he chickened out in the hostage rescue.
Jimmie Carter also known as the “Best president Panama ever had” due to his treaty turning over control of the Panama canal to Panama which is now in the control of Communist China is running a hard race with Jorge Bush to be rememberd as the sorriest President America ever had . I’m afraid that history books won’t remember Carter and will proclaim Bush as “EL PRESIDENTA MAGNIFICO”.

Were you ever so ashamed of a president when this fool was in office. I remember being sick to my stomach when they burned our flag and paraded our people around with their blindfolds on.
I remember the Marine from Texas who didn’t want to go to his home town parade when he and the others were released, He didn’t feel like a hero, he felt let down by his own country for not getting him out of there. Before they were released, the only good thing I remember was when the media told Reagan some comment the Iranians had made , he looked right in the camera and said “Let them try that with me”
those hostages were released the next day. Jimmy carter jumped on a plane for Germany to greet the hostages as if he had something to do with their release. He was a whimp then and now he’s evolved into a traitor.

As bad as he screwed up as prez. I can only imagin how out of plumb any house he builds could be.
