(suntimes.com) - Nava Alvarez said officials with local radio station La Ley 107.9 FM and its parent company, Spanish Broadcasting System, withheld the gray sports car she won in a La Ley raffle when they discovered she was an undocumented resident.
What’s worse, she said, is that an SBS attorney allegedly threatened to alert authorities of her immigration status once he learned she intended to take her battle to court.
“I was very sad. I cried. … My feelings were hurt because I was mocked,” Alvarez, 22, said in her native Spanish on Wednesday. “It’s unjust.”
Well, ain’t that too damned bad. Round ‘er up!

The radio station was breaking the law by not reporting her to immigration. When does a CRIMINAL ILLIGAL ALIEN have the right or nerve to sue in court….I would insist she come to court to face her accusers and slap cuffs on her and her kids and put them on the express back Mehico pronto right beside her lawyer who has a heavy Mexican accent.

I totally agree with Jim. This is how out of control these people are. They think that because they are in this country that they have citizen rights. NOT! The radio station needs to report her.

maybe they could change the prise to a one way ticket back to Mexico!
